Uploading Pictures and General Info

(1) You need a user name and password - if you don't have one, contact us and send the information detailed here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/stamptalk/message/122147

(2) After you have sent your user name and password AND you have received an email saying it has been added - you can start adding items.

*THIS WILL ONLY WORK WITH INTERNET EXPLORER AND NETSCAPE!

(3) Log In - http://www.stamptalk-list.com/gallery/addfile.asp

(4) Choose a Category
Enter stamp credits or card information (optional)
Click BROWSE to find the picture you would like to upload.
Click Upload

(5) On the next page, at the top = you will see "Notify StampTalk about your new addition"
When you are done uploading all of our items, click on that and it will bring up an email box.
You can enter something in the body if you want OR leave it blank. Once you send it, it will tell everyone on Stamper's Corner that you have uploaded a new item. Kind of the same way the list is notified when you add something to the files section.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

*After your item has been added it will look SQUARE. When you click on the picture, you will see is full sized.

*You can only add items that YOU created.

*Keep your file names SIMPLE
For example: StampinUpBirthday.jpg  or WKfloralJune27.jpg
DO NOT put extra " . "  and try to avoid spaces and symbols.

*File size can not be larger than 80k. Files that are larger than that will result in a red "x".

If for some reason your pictures show up a red "X" when you upload them, contact me via the help desk (top right corner) or send me an email.

*Once your item is added your item(s) will be put in "NEW SUBMISSIONS".

Challenge items are moved every morning, Monday - Friday.

All others will be moved after one week.

*UNTIL ITEMS ARE MOVED, they will not show up in the challenge, theme folders OR your name.
